This is for the local projects where Michelle has developed her team ensuring quality projects being delivered on time and on budget. From concept to completion, Michelle will handle everything from the design, selecting and sourcing all materials, to executing the job. Michelle will comb through every detail such as storage solutions, family habits, low maintenance finishes, smart home options, appliances, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry etc. 

If you have your own preferred contractor, we are happy to offer our design and materials services similar to how we work with clients “Outside of Southern California.”

This is intended for the client who resides outside of Southern California, but desires Michelle’s expertise and insight as both a designer, and licensed general contractor. 

We will comb through every detail such as storage solutions, family habits, low maintenance finishes, smart home options, appliances, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry etc. 

You will receive a full design plan ready to hand over to your preferred contractor for bidding and execution. Michelle will order all materials, coordinate delivery to the job site, and communicate with your contractor, as needed, along the way. 

This is an hourly service that may be done via phone, zoom, or in person (travel time may apply) Michelle will offer expert guidance, support, and advice, related to all design, home remodeling, and construction projects. We can cover a lot of ground in an hour! Common topics have included:

• Material selection

• Appliances and product review

• Proposed scope of work + contract review

• Cabinetry layout

• Paint selection
